Can I take Zicam while TTC - in 2WW...?

I'm in my TWW (5DPO) and I feel a cold coming on. I normally take Zicam when I feel this way. The ingredients are Zincum aceticum 2x and Zincum gluconicum 1x. Is this safe to take?
