Weird pain/sensation

AF is due in 1/2days, but I've been having very, very mild pain kind of like what you feel when you ovulate, combined with lower backache.

I doubt I am pregnant as we only BD once after our positive opk as we both had bad cold etc.

Anyone know what this could be?
