What can I say? It's been a horrendous last couple of months where I work. More and more being put on us, moral is dropping, attitudes are present and friction is at an all time high. Yesterday I told one of the owners that I was fucking tired of showing up everyday. When I arrived today, in a great mood I asked her to talk. So we did, it went well until she says: 'we were thinking about giving you guys bonus' but your attitudes have been bad'

WTF No shit. When you pile more and more and more on and never take anything off what do you think will happen. Oh but by all means make the issue better by telling one of us that... Do you think we're not going to talk to each other about it?!?!?!?!? Maybe instead you guys should have come to us and said : 'guys your attitudes suck, what's going on?' but no make sure you let us know we were going to get some extra money but no not since you have an attitude. There's 3 of us this affects. My 2 Co workers have been here 4 and 5 years, they're in tears. I feel like I should have never shared.... Any advice??!!
