My name is Teri I am 23 years old and I have been trying to conceive for the last year.

I have been with my partner since I was 17, I actually fell pregnant only a few months into the relationship and we decided it was best to have a termination as we didn't feel ready.

About two years ago I fell pregnant again but ended up having a miscarriage when I was bout four months pregnant. 

For the past year I have been trying to conceive and I've had no luck atall. I've tried taking folic acid, Angus cactus, vitamin d and c but nothing has worked so far.

I had been getting really bad stomach pains so I went to the doctor who referred me to a gynaecologist and they told me I have a dermoid cyst on my ovary. They said I can't have it removed just yet as they have to see if it's going to grow or shrink so I have another scan next month to see what's happening.. They told me it won't affect my chances of getting pregnant whilst I have this cyst but I just don't understand what else it could be that's stopping it happening? 

Does anyone have any advice or suggestions? I'm getting to the fed up stage now where I feel like everyone around me is pregnant 🙄
