Tmi. Anyone else have this problem?

This is baby number 3. My first in 2012 I ended up having between 20 and 30 stitches due to episiotomy and tearing. The pain recovering was excruciating. My second in 2013 ripped it all back open. I am 36+2 and have been having issues down there. The more pressure I have the more that scar hurts. It seriously feels like I'm being ripped from my v to my a. I also have a little keloid scar at the vaginal opening that acts up and bleeds. The pain down there is so bad I'm walking like a sumo wrestler. They already plan on inducing the 30th at 39 weeks but said after getting my records from where I had my other 2 they may do it at 38 weeks. I go to the dr Tuesday and gonna see if the will just based on the spd and the fact I've already had so much nerve damage down there and I have 3 different types of prolapses wondering if anyone else is having issues from previous tears or cuts

This scares me.  I tore with my first, but I have no idea what "degree" it was. I know I had a few stitches that came out about a week later on their own. I feel like maybe it was superficial cuz even tho I was sore, it seemed to heal rather quickly. I didn't do any perineal massage and havnt again this time around. I did do kegels on/off last time, but not really this time. I think this baby will be bigger then my last..so I'm worried that I haven't done enough to prevent a major tear, if that's even possible.. also, I hear your second delivery is much faster then your first...which in my mind, might make the risk for a big tear even greater.

Sounds very similar to my situation. I had a third degree tear after an episiotomy in 2006, then had my son in 2009 and asked to have another episiotomy to avoid it all tearing apart again. Both of those caused muscle damage and I had a prolapse after my second born, but that could be from having forceps first time around. I'm really worried about labour this time...

My dr now it's hard to get in with. I see his midwives and I swear none of them are on the same page. It's starting to piss me off. I also have spd and I have to remind each one when they do checks. When I complain about something they say oh that's normal and rush out. Tuesday I'm going to rip them a new one if they try that. I'm in so much pain something needs to be done. It kills to use the bathroom I'm ready to get this kiddo out. I've brought up the issue before but I'm going to make them listen and take a look next appointment

I tore with my first and when I went to have my daughter I hadn't even met the dr delivery me because I was so traumatized by the previous dr. They prepped me to push and he took one look and asked who the previous dr was and was disgusted at how bad of a job they had done to cause scar tissue like I had. I gave birth and he basically reconstructed my vagina and cut out all the bad scar tissue. I haven't had the problems like I did since then. Guess it depends on finding a dr who is willing to really help their patients out. He's the only dr I want delivering me from now on.
