Are there any Muslim women here who have experience thier SO being in a polygamous relationship? How did you ladies cope with it or how did your SO go about it? I'm sorry I need advice my SO is a Muslim man and I'm not Muslim and he practices polygamy he just confessed to me has another female and he's been having sex with her behind my back I can't seem to cope I can't eat I'm crying he even kicked me out or room for not accepting his lifestyle please I need advice I don't know what to do ... 😢😢😢😢

Wow... If he did it behind your back it's cheating. If it was because of his religion or whatever other reason, he would've told you from the very beginning. I have friends that are Muslims and they don't hide those things. I'm sorry to tell you this but he cheated.

Ok I'm mot Muslim anymore but he should have told you that's the lifestyle he wanted to pursue. Talk to him about it. And he should not be having sex with her yet they are not married. Talk to him. He should have told you before he pursued her or married you. He did not consult you before pursuing her which is a bad thing and a no no. So talk to him he has explaining to do to you. And if you leave him because if it I understand. He did not tell you before you two pursued a relationship together so he screwed up

I'm not Muslim, but polyamory tends to only work when EVERYONE in the relationship is ok with it. Either that, resentment builds and the relationship crumbles. And the fact that he lied about it shows a huge lack of respect for you. I'm sorry you're going through this :(

Your saying husband so in guessing you two are married if you live in the us he can't marry someone else as that is illegal here, and that would mean the relationship with the other person is haram (sin) sad to say bad bad man are in every religion and it might be that he is using Islam to cover him cheating!
