Stitches are coming out- does this mean I'm healing?

I'm 3 weeks PP and one half of mine have dissolved, and the other half are just kind of hanging there. Just leave them be and make sure they don't catch on anything. Watch for bleeding and infection if they do catch or pop out.

As in someone is removing them? Or are they coming out in pieces. Mine are supposed to dissolve.
