Help 🤔

Hi ladies wondering if anyone thought they were pregnant had a bleed lost hope then turned out to be pregnant... I've had nausea heartburn back ache and sore boobs for over a week now only my AF seemed to make appearance on Thursday night seems really really light and I still have the symptoms esp the nausea has anyone had this and been pregnant don't know if I'm just clutching at straws 🙈also don't have the cramps I usually get with AF I'm normally in lots of pain but got no cramp
