Three positives and now bleeding :(

I got three faint positives this morning, obvious positives not evaps. Now hours later I'm bleeding lightly. 14-16 dpo. Had iui 16 days ago, but glow puts my period at tomorrow. Could use some reassuring thoughts that it's okay. Had cramping Thursday and Friday.
