Was I raped?
I was at a party with a few of my friends. We were all drinking quite a bit and I ended up being very drunk (to the point that the later parts of the night are very hazy). The guy who's house the party was at (I don't really know him he is just an acquaintance) started talking to me and flirting. Then later we ended up making out and ended up going to his room at the end of the night and hooking up. I was very drunk but I know I said yes and was fine with having sex with him. After that I put my clothes back on and was almost passing out/falling asleep in his bed when he started touching me again and was asking if we could have sex again, I said "no I want to sleep now." He didn't stop and then pulled my pants off, and I mumbled no again but I was incredibly drunk at this point, he and pushed himself into me. I just laid there and I don't really remember that clearly because I was so drunk. after a few minutes I said no stop again and he did get end up getting off. So would that be rape? I feel really violated but I haven't told anyone. :/
