Ferrous Sulfate help chances of getting pregnant?

Can Ferrous Sulfate help your chances of getting pregnant? I've been reading about Lydia Pinkham and its suppose to be "a baby in a bottle" and read that woman who have been trying for years got pregnant within the next 2 cycles! Lydia Pinkham is ferrous sulfate. Has anybody started taking this and gotten pregnant quicker? Just curious.

I used geritol with prenatals and metformin.  Geritol is an iron supplement and It made me conceive. I was told I could never have kids. But I'm now 33 weeks pregnant

I was taking a multi vitamin and my husband (losing weight and dream to be a bodybuilder) takes a natural test booster which it really is zinc and magnesium.  After 4 1/2 years of trying we finally convinced. He was on the test for a few months before we got the positive. Currently waiting for my first appt!  We already have 2 kids but want more.
