Any tips on ttc for someone who's been trying to ttc for 6 months ??

Been TTC for 6 months or so now need some tips big time would help thanks in advance !!

If you aren't already, you should start tracking ovulation with OPKs. You can also try keeping track of cervical mucus. Are you fairly familiar with your cycles? How old are you and your SO? There's lots of things that can factor in. I highly recommend reading "What to expect before you're expecting" ... I learned a lot! Diet is important, exercise, tracking your cycle, etc. I haven't used preseed yet but we want to try it! We have been TTC since Sept when I came off BC.

I've been trying for almost 8 and the best advice I can give you is stop thinking about it. It will happen when the time is right. :)
