Very sick

Alex • 17 & Engaged to the love of my life:)
So for about two days I had a fever and now I'm very cold. Is that normal? I think I've had strep almost 3 day but I haven't been able to make it to a doctor. I'm in so much pain. Will it be okaay if I go to the doctor tomorrow? I have no ride.
