When to make Padsicles?

FTM here, due July 6th, I've ordered all the stuff to make Padsicles but I'm unsure how far in advance to make them and how many to make. I want them ready when I get home from delivery but I don't know of they go bad or anything.  Help! Advice! Please :)

Mabee a dumb question, but what exactly is a padsicle? I've never heard of one before.

I made them way ahead of my due date and they ended up completely freezing up and had ice on them. So I'd say if you don't go into labor before 39 weeks, make them around then. 😊

My husband made some padsicles for me but we just noticed the witch hazel we bought had alcohol in it. Do you think we should remake them or will they be ok?
