So my cousin (by marriage) invited us to her daughters baptism.. she recently sent gifts to my baby shower with her mother because she "had prior arrangements". Now I'm not sure if I should show at the baptism? Am I suppose to get her child a gift? Someone told me usually only godparents get them gifts and others have said "I always bring gifts". If I baptised my child I wouldn't expect gifts just the company of family. Someone help!

(I planned on at least getting a card, her daughter is only 9 months old, if that helps with your response)
