Today as I was leaving the dog park a dog nearly attacked my little chihuahua. Please if you know your dog is agressive or abusive toward other dogs put them on a leash dammit! And make sure they have a fucking harness not a collar....collars will EASILY slip. Oh and don't let your child that's like 10 and under walk the dog. Irresponsible dog owners piss me off! I'm all shakened up now and so it my little girl. This is the second time this happened to me this month. Idk if I can keep taking my dog out for walks safely.
