Severe cramping & diarrhea?

I'm 39+6 & I woke up this morning (at 5am) to these absolutely HORRIBLE sharp cramps that were in my lower abdomen/upper vagina/lower back, along with diarrhea that won't stop. They're coming every 6-7 minutes & last 40-45 seconds. Has anyone experienced something like this & what did you do? Idk what to do, it's painful but the cramping only lasts so long. It's extremely painful though.
