Implantation cramping

Hi all, I've been having mild cramping since 8dpo and am now 12 dpo. Still getting cramping and tinges that come and go. Sore nipples. I test 9 and 10 dpo, however both were bfn :( AND i never get cramping or sorr breasts/nipples with my cycle. Just a stomach ache the very first day. My question is, for those of you who have had cramping around the same time post ovulation how many of you ended up getting a positive test days later??
