So my due date is tomorrow (13th june 16)

May 21st I went into maternity ward at our hospital and said I was having extremely bad back pain and didn't know if I should be worried or not i was having them for 2 weeks before I went in.

A week and few days before this i lost some plug (didn't know that at first) I called maternity and they said sounds like it could be thrush.. so i just went on with my day.. the midwives go with do a test to see if ur waters have leaked (I felt like I had stood up and peed a little).

Had to lay for 20 minutes busting for a pee and all. They took the sample and let me go pee all while hooked up to a drip. I come back test still in progress... couple minutes later they said it is your waters they have leaked. They didn't expect that.

So in stuck in hospital over night ready to have a c section in the morning.

Come 3am on the 22nd may my waters broke completly and bam contractions (sooooo painful) started every time I got up to pee more would keep coming. It felt sooooo strange to me as it never happend with my first she was straight emergency c section. So i was contracting for 6 hours before I went into theatre and at 0923am we welcomed Karlea Joan into the world (pronounced Carly)

Best thing is I was able to get up and shower walk etc that same day it felt amazing and I wouldnt change anything at all our eldest is the most amazing big sister ever..
