Did you conceive within the first 6mos-1yr after removing an IUD (hormones/hormone free)?

I had the Paragard IUD for the last 7 years, I did conceive while using this contraceptive 2 years ago but didn't go through with it because I wasn't ready. I chose to use the IUD again and now now that we've been ttc I wonder how long it will take?
