How many times a day do you brush your teeth? YES, I did include "every other day" or "when I have the energy to do it". I know MANY people with depression so severe that they don't take care of their oral hygiene. Everyone be respectful.

I've been working really, really hard to do it minimum once a day and preferabley twice. I was not raised to brush my teeth every day so it is not a habit like it is for most people.

When I'm in a depressive episode I don't shower,change my clothes,brush my teeth,or even get out of bed and that lasts anywhere between a few days to months. But when I'm not in one I brush my teeth twice a day

Morning, and during the day whenever i drink coffee or tea. I wish i had energy to do it before sleep too.

When I'm really depressed, I don't brush my teeth, shower, change clothes, sleep or eat. Nothing matters doing that time, and I don't care if I live or die. When I'm feeling OK, I take care of myself and am hygienic.
