my period are supposed to start on the 17th and this was on the toilet paper when I whipped down there after i peed. is this normal?! (sorry if its kinda gross)

that is ovulation discharge or sometimes known as cervical mucus. it happens when your body is fertile and happens in between periods. it happens to everyone with a vagina. it's extremely normal.
