Progesterone side effects?

Im 5w. It's been two days I get some blood when I wipe. At first fresh red, then brown then it dissappears. The next day again the same. 
Can it be a side effect of progesterone suppositories?

I tested and i have a very bald positive lie and it doesn't change.

The progesterone suppositories can definitely irritate the cervix. Also IVF has a very high rate of subchorionic hematomas. They aren't dangerous, but they can cause quite a lot of bright red bleeding. I had one and bled off and on from week 6-12. Mostly pink spotting but a couple of times I filled a pad and passed clots. Super scary but totally okay. I'm 32weeks now so everything turned out fine. At your ultrasound your RE should be able to see what's causing the spotting. Definitely call for peace of mind 😊

My doctor told me I would probably bleed from the progesterone but I never did.  So it is a side effect for sure.

I had the same thing. My dr reassured me that the progesterone irritates the cervix and causes the bleeding.

It's very common to have a little bleeding with progesterone suppositories. As well as its common to have small or heavy bleeding while undergoing IVF.
I too had two days bleeding in week 5/6 and am 19+3 today.
Try not to worry, even though that is easier said then done!
