Does it mean labour is soon or not?

I'm dropped 10 days ago and still no other signs of labor. :( I'm due on the 18th. You can drop weeks before the baby comes with your first baby.

It has dropped, and it means your body is getting ready. But 'getting ready' is relative. I don't know when you're due, but I know a few women that dropped several weeks before they went into labor, and some that didn't drop until the week before. Like everything else, it depends on you.

I'm 38 weeks but my first was born at 35 weeks by c section so I've never experienced this stage yet.
