So 30 weeks pregnant. Past few days iv been kind of crampy and achey and have been thinking it was my bowels rather than my uterus. Iv not eaten much fruit this past week so could be down to lack of fiber. Like I said iv been having the cramps but haven't felt constipated or anything and I think my bowel movements have been normal (to be honest iv not been paying to much attention) anyways I suddenly felt the need to poop ... Had to hold it for about 10 mins cuz I was in the car on the way home. As soon as I sat down on the toilet (sorry tmi) it hurt quite a bit - not necessarily my butthoke but more like my bowels/stomach/intensities I don't know. Well once I was done I checked and there was quite a significant amount of fresh liquids blood in the toilet .. Not IN the poop but kind of attached and around it, when I wiped also there was quite a bit of bright red blood - took my 3 wipes to get a clean tissue - I would say there was about the same amount of blood in the toilet/on the tissue as I would expect on day 3/4 of my period. dEf came from my rear end and not my vagina! I'm thinking maybe I was constipated? Possibly hemmeriods? I don't know! What do you think? Of course if it happens again I will be straight to the dr but as for today and it being ansunday should I be worrying or not?
