That 'kicked in the crotch' feeling.
It hurts so much. I asked my doc about it last week who said it was normal but I can barely get in our out of a seated position (chair, car, even in and out of bed). Even walking hurts. the pain sometimes takes my breath away.
Should I mention it again at my appointment tomorrow? Is there even anything to help alleviate this pain beyond the belly band I already use (and has no effect ) ?
Any tips or sympathy is appreciated. Trying to keep a brave face at work and home but it def makes me teary.
