Hello need advice ? :/

Hi I started having a misscarriage on Wednesday I'm still bleeding but only a tiny tiny bit??? I was 4-5 weeks. I'm ready to try again? And I'm just wondering can I have sex now and start trying? I know bleeding Nd having sex can cause infections but I have some gentle wash? If I have sex and clean afterwards?! But I'm just wondering is it wrong I wanna try again?! And want to try now when I'm bleeding ? It's only a few drops ? And id like to know anyone who's had a misscarriage round about this time and how long it took them to get pregnant again?! Please no hate :/
