Late period after laprascopy!!

Hello ladies, I was supposed to start my period on Thursday but I still haven't started. I'm wondering if it's bc of the surgery I had done. Can anyone tell me if they skipped their period completely after laprascopy or had a really late one. I bled right after my surgery that lasted a couple days but was told that was probably from the surgery. Any suggestions would be great!!
