Second Tri mild headaches?

Hi ladies, has anyone experienced second trimester mild headaches? Not enough for medicine but enough to be annoying?

Ive had extremely bad ones for the last 2 months. Im 20w1d. I go Thursday for early glucosin test to rule out Gestational diabetes and anemia. Honestly I hope they find something because they are killing me.

Yes I find in the back of my head now though like behind my ears. I think from heat and not enough water maybe.
