Cycle day 21 and still no LH surge :(

So frustrated :( I've been testing since cycle day 10 and still no LH surge. I typically have a 35-36 day cycle. My CM is watery but not egg white. Will keep testing but think I will be ovulating too late to have healthy implantation :( anyone else dealing with this or have a successful pregnancy with late ovulation? Thanks
