Always feel a little sick
So I've been having this problem for a few months now. If I have certain foods that have a lot of sugar, salt, Or caffeine, I feel really anxious and sometimes I have to poop. And sometimes I just get nauseous if I'm just sitting in bed. Same this with getting anxious. I was at a restuaunt today and I had my meal (a burger) but halfway through I just felt very nauseous and light headed. I don't know if I have something wrong with me or if I am just going bonkers. I get nauseous and anxious from just sitting in bed, eating sugary foods, caffeine, and salty foods. If anyone can help it would be appreciated! *side note: I know that caffeine and coffee can sometimes make people feel weird like the symptoms I have, but I never had those symptoms until a few months ago.
