Sorry this isn't related to sex or anything but don't know what to do!
So there is a donkey down the road from me and i went to see him this morning,as I was walking no my dog down that way. And I noticed that his hooves are a bit too long, like the sort as if they will starting Turning up and curling, plus he is leaning back onto his heels like the photo below(it isn't him but it's like his hooves)
Is this serious enough for a call to the RSPCA? Thank you!
