For all my ladies with brown discharge
So after having brown discharge with clots for about a week it turns out I have
Subchorionic bleeding (also known as a subchorionic hematoma) is the accumulation of blood within the folds of the chorion (the outer fetal membrane, next to the placenta) or between the uterus and the placenta itself. It can cause light to heavy spotting, but it may not. Most subchorionic bleeds resolve on their own, and women go on to have perfectly healthy pregnancies.
What caused the uterus blood clot? It’s hard to be certain. It may have been a ruptured blood vessel, or the placenta may have pulled slightly away from the uterine wall (a condition called a placental abruption). Over time, the clot may be reabsorbed into the uterus, or it may just loiter around harmlessly until your baby is born.
My lab report came back saying I had subchorionic hematoma, my doctor said this was from heavy lifting in the first couple of weeks!! Glad to hear this, I was very worried and scared! Go see a doctor and ask if this could be what's going on with you
