boyfriend says it has to be a girl

okay so long story short we lost our daughter at the beginning of this year because I have an incompetent cervix and she was born at 23 weeks, and lived only a little over a month, before she passed. we are now 13 weeks pregnant, and I keep telling my boyfriend I have a feeling it's a boy, and he says it better be a girl, or he doesn't wanna know. I just want a healthy baby I get to keep, I don't care the gender, but he has his heart set on a girl, and I'm afraid if it is a boy, that he's not going to love it. I honestly don't really want another girl, because I'm scared she'll look too much has like her big sister, and it'll hurt me, but I'll be okay with it if it is a girl. my boyfriend on the other hand might be really mad and distant if it's a boy, and I just don't know what to do..
