Help!!

Ok so I only have my period for normally 3 days 4 to 5 at most but two days ago it stopped and yesterday started again. This morning when I got out of the shower I felt something drip out of my vagina and it was ALOT of discharge mostly just sticky and somewhat faintly bloody I've had a bad and I mean super bad intuition about a death or something lately and now I'm having bad cramps. Anything you think is unusual or is this normal?
