I went to get an ultrasound but their was no baby

So my last period was May 1 my positive test didn't come until June 5 they said by May 31 I would get a positive test took longer took until June 5 when I went to the doc she said my uterus was thicking and that I had 2 spots of fluid didn't even say if I was pregnant or not or how far along I was how far I'm I ? What's going on if she couldn't see anything and  seems like my pregnancy due date isn't adding up
