Hubby thinks our daughter doesnt like him as much me
My husband just actually teared up while feeding our daughter. The past few days hes been saying "she doesn't like me" because if she's crying she always calms down when i take her when anyone else has her, including him. Obviously the mommy bond is stronger than any other.... but i know she loves him! When shes happy and content he holds her shes fine they play, Shes 2 months old just starting to smile and she smiles when she sees him when he comes home from work... (i mean as long as she's not super cranky lol
I said to him you have to understand all she knew was me and was inside my body for 9 months, im her comfort zone right now until she gets used to the world!!
Theres been times that he has said "i dont blame her for liking you more" meaning he understands i held her for 9 months... but hes obviously still struggling with the idea and it upsets me that hes upset.....
Any tips on what to do and how to reassure and comfort him, and to make baby more comfortable and secure with him?
