Period for like 5 mins

For the past three months, I'll get my usual sore breasts and emotional feelings like a week before my period starts, but my period will start, and the next time I check, there's nothing. No sign of blood anywhere. Any one have this problem or know what it could be and how to fix it? It's freaking me out
