Mirena questions

I got my mirena inserted two weeks ago. The doctor told me to wait two weeks before having sex but I only waited one.
First question is if anyone knows by experience if it's normal to experience so much cramping after sex?
Second question is about pms symptoms, since I've had it put in, my breast are super tender, I seem to be having cramps for at least half the day, and I have a lot of back and body aches as well. Maybe it's my body trying to get used to it still?
Lastly, does anyone know if when you first get it inserted, will your period come at the same time of the month as usual or does it change? I feel like I might be in all this pain because my period is going to start even though it's only been two weeks since I've had it.
