Sleeping for baby
So I have begun nighttime routines and trying to at a "bedtime" to focus on wake up to try and get in a bedtime and wake up schedule due to my work and daycare time. I have tried starting bath time 615 to nurse around 630 and then lay down. However she is awake at 1130 to eat and then 1/2:00 for the day. Two nights ago I tried a lay down at 944 and her "wake up" was 530. Then last night tried 1030 and her wake up was 6:00 which is what I would need for work and daycare. However, I don't want her to get used to 1030 bedtime. I was thinking as each week passes move up the bath and lay down by 10 minutes since she will stay awake longer during day and need more slee at night. Any suggestions? Nervous she will get used to when she eats during the day and the 1030 bedtime.
