No stress zone
For the longest I've been working on trying not to stress. I've always had a problem with it and it caused my weight gain among other issues.
Now that I'm expecting I'm definitely trying not to stress, but it's so hard especially at work. I'm the one in charge of my area so of course it all falls down on me. I'm really tired 😣
I need advice, ladies let me know what do you do to be stress free or at least bring it down a notch? 😥
