I am four weeks post partum. This morning I'm having a lot of period like cramps and some pain in the left side of my pelvis. Bleeding stopped close to a week ago. I am pretty uncomfortable. Anyone else experiencing this? Thanks!

EBF won't keep your period away. It's likely to postpone its return, but it's totally normal for your period to come back even if you're EBF!
