Diaper count

Hi all. My kid is 11 weeks old today. I'm EBF so far. As like all the other moms I always doubt if my baby is getting enough. For the past two days I've been noticing that her diaper stays dry for long time. Usually they say with the wet diapers, how much the baby gets. But then it's dry for long I'm now worried if she's fed enough. Also she keeps feeding for long time every feed. But she sleeps long time too. Her next dr visit is still a long way. So I'm really wondering what to do.
