Do you flush your toilet paper? Or throw it in a trash can?

The reason to my question is that i have a trash can in my bathroom because i tried the flushing the toilet paper but my toilet got flooded. And i have a few people say is nasty to have a trash can in the bathroom.. What do you guys think? I hope i was clear to what my question is lol

I flush mine.  But I also have a trash can in my bathroom.  I've got to have done where to throw away tampons,  trash, empty tp rolls, and such.  I don't find it gross to have trash can in bathroom

That's insane. I've never heard of that. I've heard of throwing away tampons because they clog septic tanks but I think toilet paper is made to be flushed.

You're either using to much toilet paper or your toilet is broken ha. Flush it.

I'm sorry but thats gross. My brother used to do that & it was disgusting. But he'd use half a damn roll of toilet paper every time he pooped. Eventually he figured out that all he had to do was flush after every wipe or two. 😒 Toilet paper is made to be flushed. Just because your toilet clogged one time doesnt mean you should put your poopy TP in the trash! Btw most people have trash cans in their bathroom. They just dont put dirty TP in them.

It depends where you live and what septic system is in place. Some places you CANNOT flush paper the system cannot handle it

Maybe you just put too much tp in the toilet and tried to flush. Sometimes if I know I'm guna use a lot of tp I'll flush halfway thru then wipe some more so it doesn't get clogged. It's not nasty to have a trash can in the bathroom tho, you can't flush everything!

I find it depends on what brand of tp I use whether it cliffs it or not. Try Purex if you are having clogging issues. Also never flush Kleenex that can clogg it as well.

Lots of things could be broken. The toilet, plumbing, septic tank. It may also depend on where you're at. Some countries toss because their system can't handle everyone flushing

Flushh all the paper bathroom trash can is used only for pads wrapped in toilet paper and cue-tips but dirty toilet paper gets flushed every single time!
