Too much BDing?

We're 1st month TTC and having sex everyday (when I'm serious about something, I'm serious...ha ha). HOWEVER, I'm wondering whether I might be being a little too keen? Probably at least a week away from fertile but my periods are so irregular I kind of don't want to miss a chance?

There are studies that say everyday is fine and some that say every other day. Everyone definitely needs to research this. This is from Ovia.

Definitely too much, every day doesn't allow for the sperm to replenish! Every 2-3 days is plenty

That's a little too much. Sperm need time to regenerate. Get some ovulation test strip and do every other day during fertile window unless you get a positive. If you get a positive definitely BD ;)
