Consoling baby

Right now, I'm finding I'm the only one that can console my 4 week old, which is totally fine with me. She is ebf and doesn't take a pacifier. Whenever she's upset ( not hungry/wet) my husband tries his best to calm her but struggles. I always end up taking her. Does anyone else experience this? Any tips? I go back to work in August so she will have to be used to someone else!
