I am out. My period came early. Bit of a blessing really if it was going to come.... Wine, and coffee and beer and self indulgent tears for 48 -72 hours, then I will be back on it all. Thank-you all so much for your support and you kind posts. Best of luck to the everybody else. Wish I could try every month.
