TTC after 2 miscarriages

Hello all, my husband an I just had our two year wedding anniversary yesterday! We lost out first baby Aug of 2014 and our second baby Jan 2016, we have been seeing a specialist for over a year now! We did one round of fertility medication and then I decided I didn't want to do that anymore!!! It is now my second cycle without fertility medication!!!! Help any positive stories to help me?!?!
