Maternity leave
So I didn't know I could technically take 12 weeks of maternity leave with FMLA. My job had me write a letter stating I was taking 6 weeks, unless other circumstances (medical) would cause me to need more. I recently asked to extend it a week or two and they told me no. My question is, can I take more anyways because of the FMLA?
