Symptoms at 9 weeks

Kelsey • We have a son who is 5. We've had back to back miscarriages. Pregnant with our rainbow baby. A little girl, Lena Grace
Does anyone have symptoms that seem to come and go? I'm 9 weeks 3 days. And some days I wake up with the worst nausea, and other days I feel like I have no symptoms at all! It scares me, as I've had 2 previous miscarriages. Anyone else?
